Makers Lab.

A workshop, not a co-working space. The practical infrastructure that lets a product venture move from CAD file to first packaged run without flying across the country to do it.

What we are building.

Roadmap, not roster.

A meaningful fraction of the founders we want to back are building physical products — consumer goods, hardware, packaged categories. They need access to capability that doesn't currently sit inside the region. Makers Lab is the answer.

Some of this comes online with cohort 01. Some is staged for later. The list, in order of likely sequencing:

01

Prototyping workshops.

Structured sprints to take a product idea to a working prototype inside a week.

02

Shared equipment.

A small, curated kit — the tools founders should not be buying themselves on a seed cheque.

03

Product design support.

Industrial design and packaging design embedded with the founder, not delivered as a deck.

04

Packaging & production.

Routes to first small-batch packaged runs without committing to a full factory floor.

05

3D printing.

Iteration printers on-site, sized for parts not pyramids.

06

Hardware experimentation.

Bench space, jigs, and the patience to let a hardware idea fail twenty times before it doesn't.
