The Otherwise Ventures Pvt Ltd ("TOV") operates a standing services agreement with theNortheast.xyz, a Section 8 non-profit working on ecosystem infrastructure across Northeast India. Under this agreement, TOV provides programmatic, technology, and operational support to theNortheast.xyz on a cost-recovery basis.

The two organisations are legally distinct. Capital flows between them are documented and audited. We disclose this here because we think transparency is integrity, not disclaimer.
